4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including name, contact number, full address, nearest landmarks, and any necessary access instructions.

Customers must ensure that Fulora’s delivery representative is granted entry into residential or gated premises to enable prompt delivery.

Fulora will not be responsible for missed deliveries caused by incorrect details, incomplete addresses, or failure to grant delivery access.
5. Products and Services

Fulora offers subscription-based and on-demand flower delivery services, along with allied products.

All products and services are available for delivery within India only.
6. Subscription Plans

Customers may choose from daily, monthly or annual subscription plans.

Plans can be modified or paused with at least 48 hours’ prior notice.
Temporary suspension of delivery requires at least 48 hours’ prior notification.
7. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed via guest checkout or by registering an account on our Website.

Our services are currently available in limited areas—please check our service coverage before placing an order.

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, and we accept all payment methods supported by Razorpay.

Prices are subject to change based on prevailing market rates.

Full payment must be made in advance. Delivery will be processed only after payment confirmation.
8. Delivery

Deliveries are made by our in-house logistics team within our service areas.
We will inform you promptly in case of delivery delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery via our official WhatsApp contact.

Refunds will only be issued for:

Flowers damaged during transit

Non-fulfilled orders

Confirmed cancellations made within the required notice period
We reserve the right to request proof of damage before approving a refund.
10. Product Variability

All flowers are subject to seasonal produce.

If a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with flowers of equal or higher value at no extra cost.
11. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order processing, delivery coordination, and service communication.

We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our services.
