At Fulora, we take pride in delivering fresh, hand-picked flowers straight from our farms to your doorstep. This policy explains how we manage deliveries for flower subscriptions and one-time orders placed through our website.
1. Service Areas
We currently deliver within select areas of Pune and PCMC.

To check availability, please enter your PIN code at checkout or contact our support team.
2. Delivery Schedule

Daily Subscription Orders: Delivered each morning as per your selected plan (e.g., Mon to Sat, Mon & Thu, Mon–Wed–Fri).

Weekly Cut Flower Plans:

Weekly Home Bloom Plan: Delivered on Saturdays

Weekly Corporate Blooms Plan: Delivered on Mondays

One-Time Orders: Delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability and location.
3. Delivery Hours

6:00 AM – 10:00 AM → Puja Flower Subscriptions

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM → Cut Flowers & Decor Orders
Note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, peak seasons, or due to local traffic conditions.
4. Shipping Charges

Subscriptions: Delivery charges are either included in the plan price or calculated based on location.

One-Time Orders: Charges depend on distance and order volume and are shown at checkout.
5. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is not available for subscriptions. For on demand pooja or cut flowers, please contact our team — we will make an attempt to do same day delivery if possible.
6. Missed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable or access is denied at delivery time:

Delivery may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver as promised, delays may occur due to:

Festivals or public holidays
We will inform you promptly if delivery needs to be delayed or rescheduled.
8. Damaged Products

If flowers arrive damaged, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery.

Eligible cases will receive either a free replacement or a refund.

Proof of damage (photo/video) may be requested before approval.
9. Packaging
We pack all flowers carefully to maintain freshness and protect them in transit. We use sustainable and minimal packaging wherever possible to reduce environmental impact.
