Refund Policy

At Fulora, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure your flowers are delivered fresh, on time, and as promised. However, if something goes wrong, our Refund Policy ensures that your concerns are addressed fairly and promptly.

Refunds for On demand flowers and other one time purchases

1.Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order was not delivered due to service error.

  • The product delivered was damaged, spoiled, or not as described.

  • The order was cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

2.Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Recipient unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.

  • Fulora’s delivery representative is not granted entry into residential or gated premises to enable prompt delivery.

  • Order cancelled less than 4 hours before scheduled delivery.

  • Minor variations in flower colour or variety due to seasonal availability.

3.Refund Process

Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds for subscription services

  1. For ongoing subscriptions:

  • You may pause or cancel with 48 hours’ advance notice.

  • Refunds are only provided for unused deliveries in prepaid plans, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

5.Mode of Refund
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking). We do not offer cash refunds.
